Job Description:
A company is looking for a GL Accounting Manager who will manage
the month-end close process and lead a team to ensure accurate
financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the General Ledger, ensuring accurate
recording of financial transactions
Prepare and review financial reports and support external
audits
Lead and develop a team of accountants, fostering collaboration and
continuous learning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA
or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in
a leadership role
Strong experience with GL accounting and financial reporting
Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, Great Plains,
Workday, and Concur
Deep understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting standards
