Seeking a Team Leader who has 3+ years supervisory experience managing team that installs, troubleshoots and repairs highly automated industrial production lines.

Shall:

*** Administer field service reps within the USA, Canada and Mexico and maintain reports of their duties regarding installations, repairs, upgrades, customer satisfaction ratings, etc.

*** Answer customer calls to solve issues by technical support over the phone or by delegating a field service rep to install, repair or upgrade Industrial Equipment.

*** Be responsible for increasing revenue as well as customer satisfaction.
