Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing
Assist with resident assessments and individualized care plans
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure quality care
Monitor and document resident health conditions
Assist physicians during rounds and communicate any necessary updates
Train and supervise nursing personnel as needed
Respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently
Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations
