Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PCM Billing Program
Assistant to join our team for a temporary, 6-month assignment. In
this role, you will provide essential administrative and billing
support to ensure the smooth operation of the PCM program. You will
be responsible for managing billing spreadsheets, preparing
reports, and processing various billing and fraud-related tasks.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, an
eye for detail, and experience working with office software,
including Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PCM program,
including maintaining billing spreadsheets, Long Term Care Reports,
MassHealth ineligible, and other related reports.
Process and submit monthly PCM billing, download reports from
HTSgo, investigate ineligible consumers, and follow up with PCM
Skills Trainers as needed.
Research billing denials and provide feedback to the PCM
Manager.
Close consumer files in Wild (including clearing the tracker),
HTSgo, and physical records.
Process and respond to fraud reports, submitting them to relevant
plans.
Manage PCM transfers in compliance with state guidelines and follow
up as needed.
Assist with updating Board Reports and provide coverage for other
administrative staff as necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (required).
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office setting,
with a focus on billing (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of consumer information.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the
ability to work with diverse staff and agencies.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet
deadlines.
Familiarity with the requirements of the LTSS program
(preferred).
Experience with MassHealth, state agencies, or the provider service
system for individuals with disabilities (preferred).
Educational Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent (required). Some college
coursework is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
while working at a desk and on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
Schedule:
8-hour shift (Monday to Friday)
Day shift (No nights or weekends)
