Wound Nurse
Part-Time
24 hours -
What You'll Do:
As the Wound Care Nurse, you'll be responsible for assessing,
treating, and monitoring wound conditions in collaboration with the
interdisciplinary team. Your care planning and interventions will
improve wound healing and enhance the comfort and quality of life
our residents. You will be practitioner, resource, consultant,
educator, and facilitator to raise the overall quality of care to
individuals with complex wound care needs.
