Key Responsibilities
Design corporate learning experiences to enhance employee
onboarding and performance
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging course
content
Create and implement innovative educational products that address
business needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in designing online learning experiences for
adult learners
Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design
models
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject
matter experts
Proficient project management skills, including task planning and
timely delivery
Ability to adapt and work proactively in a dynamic environment
