Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal UX Researcher to drive
research and design strategies for exceptional customer
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to address
customer problems and identify market opportunities
Lead research initiatives including user interviews, usability
testing, and surveys to enhance customer experiences
Present research findings to stakeholders to support data-driven
decision-making and product strategy
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience as a user researcher or in a similar
role
Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional product
teams
Experience conducting generative research to identify market
opportunities
Strong product sense and business curiosity
