Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in providing financial insights, analyses, and support to applicable departments. This position ensures effective budget management, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. The analyst collaborates closely with leadership to develop actionable strategies and ensures integration with other financial analysts for cross-functional support. The position will be a key contributor to various departmental and organizational projects and responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal regulations and accounting policies and procedures.

Minimum Education


Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Minimum Work Experience


5 years of Accounting/Financial Management preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and synthesize complex internal and external data.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $95,300.00
