Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician II to support
its growing team's productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Equip staff with necessary hardware and perform troubleshooting and
repairs
Monitor help desk tickets for timely resolution and provide status
updates to users
Create and update documentation and knowledge base articles for
common issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Office 365,
SharePoint, and Exchange
Experience with hardware provisioning and troubleshooting
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support tickets
simultaneously
Experience creating and updating IT knowledge base articles and
documentation
