The position will play a key role in driving data-informed decisions across the organization and providing critical business insights and recommendations.

The Data Analyst will focus on extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data from Salesforce, e-commerce platforms, and our website's Analytics, to provide actionable insights that support membership growth, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.

A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated success in data analysis, preferably in a non-profit or membership-based organization is required.

The incumbent will have proven experience working with Salesforce, e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools, data manipulation and analysis tools, and a working knowledge of reporting tools such as CRM Analytics, Tableau and PowerBi.

A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics or finance, or equivalent experience is required.

Other abilities include excellent presentation skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
