Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employer Service Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Resolve claim and customer service issues for external
customers
Research and recommend improvements to processes and procedures
Communicate with clients, Operations, and Client Management while
tracking issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of claim processing experience in the health insurance
industry
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Solid understanding of ERISA and DOL regulations
Ability to read and interpret documents and Summary Plan
Descriptions (SPDs)
Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision
