Job Description:

Associate, Sales Support with The Ayco Company, L.P., A Goldman Sachs Company in Cohoes, New York. Multiple positions available. Role is purely transactional, responsible for working on and providing operational support for trade execution and money movement. Proactively anticipate, determine, and recommend operational solutions to meet client needs and/or resolve issues surrounding investment related transactions. Requires: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with the following: financial products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, options, and structured notes; handling complex transactions or other client service-related issues related to investment accounts, such as advanced or sensitive trading needs and errors; supporting advisor team and accurately prioritizing related tasks; and presenting complex information to clients, peers, superiors, and other departments.
