Dietary Aide Job SummaryThe Dietary Aide plays a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents by assisting them in fulfilling their specific dietary requirements. This position requires a strong team player who can work collaboratively with the Dietary Manager to plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Services Department.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food dishes to meet the dietary needs of our residents
• Deliver food to patients and maintain a clean, sanitary workplace
• Review and interpret department policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Participate in educational programs on nutrition and food safety
• Assist with kitchen maintenance and general cleaningRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in a related field
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
